The best way to prepare for our services is to move everything you want to be moved, and do a good vacuuming or sweeping for tile.  You’ll want to review our complete guide: How to Prepare for Service.

No. The machine is simply the tool that aids the technician in executing a thorough and professionally cleaned carpet. Although we use nothing but the very best in technology, without a knowledgeable and skilled technician, the machine can only do a fraction of the job. Snyder’s Carpet Care technicians are IICRC certified, and they are committed to continuing education so that they apply the very latest innovations in the carpet cleaning industry.

Drying time depends on the thickness of your carpet, its condition and the ventilation available in your house. It takes about 4 to 12 hours for the carpet to dry. For faster drying carpets:

  • Adjust the thermostat to 72 degrees.
  • Turn off humidifiers on the furnace.
  • Turn your thermostat fan control setting to “On.”
  • Turn on all ceiling fans, and make sure air blows downward.

Ensuring you have the utmost from your carpet cleaning treatment, we have developed a three-step cleaning method in which we have found to not only be the most effective but also provide the most from your cleaning. Step 1- We will carefully analyze the condition of the carpet, including any spots which may be unusually difficult to remove. Step 2- The next step will be a pre-conditioning treatment, in which we will use heavy duty conditioners and even recommend a pet stain removal treatment if necessary. Step 3- Finally, we will finish your cleaning using an ultra-hot steam cleaner that will leave your carpets fresh and clean. Start now by getting your FREE Estimate for service.

A good rule of thumb to follow is to have your carpets cleaned at least every 6-12 months; however, there are many factors to consider when determining the frequency of your carpet cleaning. Your ideal schedule may depend on how much traffic it’s getting, the size of your household, and whether or not you have children or pets, for example. To get an advised schedule from one of our experts, call us at (972) 898-3886 or book your FREE Estimate here.

The most important reason is for sanitation. Even if you vacuum regularly and your carpet appears clean to the naked eye, in reality, they are not. If not professionally cleaned on a consistent basis, your carpet becomes a breeding ground for harmful bacteria, germs and other microorganisms. Allergy-causing agents such as pet hair, dander, and pollen can also dwell within the fibers and remain a problem long after the allergy season is gone. In addition to the health and sanitation benefit of maintaining a regular professional cleaning schedule,  it will simply protect your investment against having to install new carpet. Because your high traffic areas take a lot of wear and tear with more dirt becoming embedded into those fibers, by not cleaning, you are actually reducing the life of your carpet. Bottom line: more dirt = less carpet life, + more money in the long run. For a healthier home and finances, invest in yourself with a FREE Estimate for service now by clicking here.

Although our process rinses the carpet deep down, moisture does not penetrate the backing of the carpet. With our powerful truck-mounted powered equipment, your carpet is thoroughly rinsed but left only damp to the touch.
