They came out with two service personnel and cleaned and sealed my tile on my kitchen floor. They did an excellent job of removing older stains and grout stains and then sealed the grout. I have approx. 250 sq ft in my kitchen. It has never been cleaner!
I called Christine and made an appointment for the cleaning. Since it was a Big Deal of the Day they were booked pretty far in advance , but that was OK. As stated before they arrived on time and called before they got there to make sure I was there .
No unforeseen problems and all went well with the Tile cleaning.

Rotovac and carpet cleaning.

Our carpet cleaning appointment went smoothly from start to finish. Christine had a time that worked for my work schedule with only a week’s notice. She gave me a window when she would be coming and called me before the scheduled time to let me know she was on her way. Once she arrived, she got right to work, cleaned and rotovac’d our 12 year old carpets, making them look practically new. The rotovac really does an awesome job on the carpet, just like the video shows. She was done quickly…totally painless and a great price too. I will definitely be calling them back when it’s time to get the carpets cleaned again.

I wanted to say thank you for coming to our house on such short notice! Just in case others read this, I want them to know the full story. We went away on vacation and left my uncle in charge of the dogs. We had asked him to bring them in on nights that got very cold. He did, however they knocked down the baby gate we had in order to keep them out of the carpeted area. Well when we got back home we had quite a few surprises! They had “marked” their territory throughout the living room, hallways, and two of the bedroom. I was so nervous thinking that I may have to replace the carpet, however after calling you and explaining to you the problem you explained to me about the pet treatment that will kill the protein and enzyme in the dog urine. You also recommended that we use the ROTOVAC for a deep down clean. That made a HUGH difference! So anyway, long story short – the stains came up and the carpet looks GREAT! So I wanted to say thank you for all that you have done in explaining the best way to have my carpets done and getting the pet odor and stains up for us! Hi Christine! You have visited me a couple of times at my townhouse in Uptown Dallas and I am so happy with the work you have done. If you remember my job, we have beige carpet edged in leather on three flights of stairs. When we had some remodeling work done, the painters tracked something up every stair and all the way thru the master bedroom on their way to work in the master bathroom. I was unable to tell you what the stains were but and Brent worked diligently on the spots, making sure not to damage the carpet in the process of cleaning it. In a couple of weeks a few of the spots returned but only lightly. You returned and cleaned them again and now the carpet all looks great! Thanks!! Thank you again for your good work!
